When are the goods shipped?

Orders in Italy are shipped via the TNT courier within 48 hours of payment receipt, excluding holidays and days before holidays.

How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping is free for amounts over € 90.00. Below this threshold the shipping cost will be € 7.00, please check on the Shipping Page your coutrie fees.

May I request a shipment to a different address than my own?

You can request the shipment of goods to an address other than your own, as long as it is within the country, following the instructions in the "Delivery" field in shopping cart page. In this field it is possible to enter the data for the delivery of the order, which may be different from the client's data in the case of shipping to another person, another address, etc. or you can simply specify it in the "Ship To" field if it is a delivery to a workplace by specifying the name written on the doorbell.

If the person who placed the order is not present when the package is delivered, what happens?
